Figured I'd update because I miss people like vodkasoakedfeels. <3
I have been working on my squat. About 4 months ago I was finally able to hack squat. I had a lack of muscle/strength all around. First it was obvious that my posterior chain was weak. I worked on it but I still could barely body weight squat. I could do about 2 before it stayed being a good morning. I had to work on quads now. I worked the leg press like a beast. I could good morning the bar. I practiced for hours and hours (at home in my power rack). Then last week I decided to push. I hit a solid 85# squat, 100# good morning. Today, I hit a 125# squat. I now squat more then I bench. : ) I need to learn to push myself better in the rack.
My goal of a 550# total by January is not too far away!
